Who caused AIDs? How was the problem caused, and when did it start to become such an epidemic?

Hi! The AIDS epedemic was caused by the government to get rid of the so called low lifes of society ie;s who practice unsafe ,hookers,drug users ,poor people who do not contribute to the gross national product and so on and so on! Believe it!
