I have 5 personal loan with various banks,,each of 36 months emi...i have paid 20 months promptly..due to an?

accident.currently unable to pay...mean time,,i have heard of legal help centers in chennai..i have approached one of them..they promise to get me two years time by file a case...i have also met some of their clients in the office and they seems to be satisfied with their service...but i doubt if there is a option like this...please suggest as i am still in bed recovering...i dont think of i can pay for atleast 3 months..thanks
