Should I contact the VICE Squad again?

we have a narcotics tip line. I kept smellinmg a smellt hat smells like perm solution but different and also sometimes a burning plastic smell and weed. i annonymously reproted to vice narcots. i heard one of the apartments was raided and they found nothing. The smell stopped for abotu a week but ive been smelling it again.s hould i give another tip and let them know im still smelling it ??
