Is there an interesting drive fromLafayette to New Orleans?

The old highway 90 now numbered hwy 182. Portions of it travels down what is called The Old Spanish Trail and it pes through all of the small towns like New Iberia, Franklin, and others in Acadiana. I recommend that you switch to the new Hwy 90 once you get to Morgan City. I wouldn't mind taking that drive myself. It's been a while. I live in Thibodaux.
