Help with Photoshop CS3 problem?

I have photoshop cs3 installed on my vista desktop, and it works great. I recently tried to install it on my xp laptop, but when i try to run it it either gets to building twain menus and closes and gives the option to send an error report, or it says files are missing. I have tried reinstalling it, does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.
