That feeling you get in your foot after it goes numb? Is it normal?

Does anyone else get a REALLY awkward and weird feeling that once your foot falls asleep, you move it around a bit, then afterward your feet/ankles have a weird feeling? It feels so strange. It's not so ticklish, but it feels more like a strong tingling sensation. LOL Is this just me? >_>;
