Does it sound like he is just shy?

I've liked this guy for 4 months. I'm 12 he's 13. Everytime I go to u freinds house i think about him cause he is next door. He hates her though. Yesterday, I was done, he has told me he didn't like me and that he belived that I stalk him. And I DONT. I use to belive I'm to young. But it sucks. I jsut met him. I was gonna tell him "skrew you" but he was talking to nicely to me! He came over to me and had a conversation with me. I of course didn't want to. But then I start unwantedly liking him again. I asked "Are you going to the all Os field trip?" "Yes, Are you" He said not with much emotion "Yea." And we walked away. It was creepy! He acted like he liked me. And tomorrow, ont he feild trip He might be on my bus! It's confusing. Yesterday he said "I dont like you!" And today he acts likes he didn't. I say "I dont like you" to people whn I dont mean it but it was weird.
