What does having "Above High Normal" WBC, MCH and Neutrophil Abs mean?

I went to my doctor last week with severe stomach pains after taking a laxative that didn't work. She said if the pain didn't get better to go to the ER - which I did. At the ER, they did an ultrasound on my kidney, gall bladder, pancreas, liver and all are "unremarkable". Heart is fine according to the EKG. I have no temperature, but in addition to the above, my Sodium and CO2 are BELOW low normal and my UA Ketones, Blood, RBC, Mucus and Bacteria are all "Abnormal", BUT - there is nothing wrong with me according to the medical "professionals". Does anyone have ANY idea what all this means?
