Would you include Jeetan Patel in your NZ team regularly?

I rate him as a decent spinner and should Vettori be injured he should definately be in the team. If it looks like spin could win on a pitch i would pick him. Two spinners can also slow the pace of a match down and put the squeeze on. BUT, as in the last ODI if he starts to look like easy pickings he may become more of a liability, meaning an all rounder or non-specialist ahs to pick up the slack. He only bowled 2 overs in the last ODI (Ok Elliot bowled quite well), but surely a specialist should at worst be a guaranteed 6 overs! Which, given varying match conditions Patel is not (fair play though, Vettori went for a fair few for him). While I don't like the idea of blooding Boult, in terms of an attack a left arm seamer would be a very good option (Franklin if he was bowling better would have been a positive wicket taking option). I am unconvinced that Patel over 5 ODIs would be a 10 over bowler, something you should demand from a specialist bowling selection. I also would like to know how you rate him as a spinner (I would say good, not great).
