Severe problem...have some questions?
Ok so here is the synopsis, the pain in both my knees occurred around or after June 2009. There was no previous injury. There was no injury that occurred that caused this sudden pain. I will not accept taking pharmaceutical pills of any kind. At first the pain was only when I would walk up or down stairs as few as 4 steps. Now the pain is sudden and occurs when I am sitting down or driving even while sleeping. Somtimes the pain is sharp and sudden while other times it is dull and constant. My eating habits are healthy. Fast food is kept to maybe 3 times a month. I drink a gallon of water a day.I even stay away from frying my foods, I only bake and keep meat to a minimum of twice a week, with vegetables and fruit more then twice a day. I am unable to work out my lower body because of my knee joint pain. Also if I try to squat my legs shake uncontrollably in conjunction with pain. Don't tell me to go to the doctor, I know already so my reasons for not going are my own business. If you have something worth telling me that might help then please post otherwise don't. I am just seeking every possible route. I need to know if there are alternatives to strengthening my joints and cartilage. If not then I will go to the doctor for xrays to see if maybe I have a debilitating issue. I hope not because this problem has hampered my training in MMA.
