Looking for help with a PC kind of expierienced with it but I just need help finding a good fit.?

Hello I am in the need of a new PC dont care if its a laptop or desktop but if you have recommendations for both then please tell me. I have a Dell XPS Studio 13, its a pretty good little machine it handles what I need with programming and other applications, the drawback is its not great for gaming. I was wondering what the least expensive PC there is desktop or laptop that can play PC games very good, such as Duke Nukem and other modern games at a good framerate and hi res graphics. Please help me...Thank you in advance.
