Im 13 weeks preg and won't be seeing the dr till at least 4-5months.What can i do to make sure babys ok?

the reason why i haven't seen the dr or won't be able to is cause i just applied for insurance in jan and it takes at least 90 days but i didn't know until after i applied. this will be my 3rd its been 7 years since i gave birth to my youngest im so nervous cause i have not gained weight and constantly throwing up nightly. the prenatals make me even more nauseous too
