How do you reach the unreachable?

there is no way, i'm sorry. This is what we call junkie status. At 25, she has no responsibility, or just doesn't live up to the ones she has. There are ppl out there who are just the same and have children taken away from them and still nothing... nothing will change her. until she gets put in jail or dies, if she dies then "i don't care".. or " no big deal "
