Ford focus leaking green fluid?

If it's neon green sounds like the ac is leaking. Ford puts dye in the ac from the factory. Looks like you have a ac leak and not a coolant leak since your focus has premium coolant which is not green. More than likely you damaged the condenser or one of the lines while cleaning the snow out.
