For U.S. Navy Yahoo-ers, . . .?

My favorite niece is married to a young enlisted Navyman here in San Diego. She wants to attend a local college to learn to become a nurse (I forget what kind). What educational loans, grants, programs, or benefits are available to her, a military spouse, for college or vocational training? A website link available that xplains such benefits? She tried to see the educational counselor on the base, but was rudely brushed aside. Thanks for your help, folks!
