Do you think I will be able to do it ?

Okay so I play basketball I'm going to high school comming this year , in grade 9 bball I made the team I have decent skill , just the worst card I can't hardly run , our coach barely made us run , this year they will , if I start tomorrow and school starts in September and I cut down on my foods and drink lots of water , maybe workout and work on strentgh a few times and run or jog every single day or maybe twice a day will I be in good shape come September ? Oh I'm 15 and I might drink some protein shakes and take vitamins everyday
